Dr. Thomas C. Kelley is a native of Brookfield, Wisconsin. He graduated from Marquette University High School and attended Marquette University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language, and a Minor in Chemistry, graduating with honors . Dr. Kelley was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the School of Dentistry at Marquette University in 1999, Dr. Kelley was accepted into the graduate program in Periodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. His graduate program in Periodontics consisted of three years of academics, clinical training, teaching responsibilities, and research. Dr. Kelley strove to advance patient care by investigating the effect of growth factors on gingival healing, "The in Vitro Effects of Epidermal Growth Factor on the Growth Rate of Human Gingival Fibroblasts and Their Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase and Tissue Inhibitors of Matrix Metalloproteinase".
To fund his research, Dr. Kelley was awarded grants from Indiana University, as well as the nationally competitive Delta Dental grant. In 2002, Dr. Kelley received his Masters of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D.) degree with a Major in Periodontics, Minor in Oral Pathology, and a Certificate to specialize in Periodontics.
Moving back to his hometown, Dr. Kelley now owns and operates two private practices. He is currently a member of the following:

• American Dental Association (A.D.A.)
• Waukesha County Dental Society
• Greater Milwaukee Dental Association

Our periodontist believes in providing comprehensive periodontal care services including gum disease treatment to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best dental state possible.
